Combine the following ingredients into an Instapot:
1 broccoli head
6-9 handfuls of washed spinach
6-7 halved large tomatoes
1-2 chilies
1/2 cup water
1 tsp salt
Heat for 5 minutes on high pressure. Then process in food processor till smooth. Next, saute the following ingredients till browned:
1 onion minced
1 tsp salt
1 tbs ghee / butter / olive oil
Add the following ingredients to the onion mixture and cook until well absorbed:
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/8 tsp asafetida
1 tsp tumeric
2 tsp minced garlic
5 tsp minced ginger
red chili and salt to taste
Mix greens and onion mixture. Add salt and chili to taste. Optional: Add paneer cubed or tofu cubed.
